The OCC has now issued a Notice of Proposed Rule Making regarding the OCC's 2020 CRA Rule. The NPR proposes rescinding the 2020 Rule, but retaining some of its elements. The Public Comment Period ends October 29. This podcast discusses the NPR and identifies what banks may want to submit before the comment deadline.
